I don't wash my hair every 2 other days. But I do wash my body but I don't wash my hair until it's 2nd day since I washed it. It totally paid off because my hair is soft and no damaged ends.

a lot of people do it. someone copied catherine zeta jones and washes her hair in beer. it worked but ewww... the scent killed me.

I get a cup and make an "O" and eat the "O" part only and I get rid of the crust
