I would like to state for the record that I'm wearing cowboy boots. Granted, at least 45-year-old cowboy boots that used to be my grandpa's (helps to have big feet), but cowboy boots nonetheless.
Ten years in Texas is too long.
Also, my gorram cat has crammed his head up my armpit and decided that he should suck on my shirt out of pure happiness.
