Ron smothered a yawn before smiling and twirling a lock of Hermione's hair around his finger. She smiled back and curled closer, tangling their legs together.
"I love weekends," she sighed.
"So do I," Ron agreed in a whisper. "No Ministry, no joke shop. We can enjoy a lazy lie-in followed by a leisurely breakfast."
"Thinking with your stomach again?" Hermione teased.
Ron waggled his brows. "Actually, I'm thinking with my-"
The bedroom door burst open. "Mum! Dad!" cried Rose, jumping on the bed. Hugo toddled in after her, babbling happily.
Ron groaned. "Whose idea was it to have children?"
