I might try writing some crossover actually, although I'm not sure if I've got it in me to do the 11th Doc's voice properly. (He's too complex and awh-sum.)
Well I have a plot bunny that is similar to this one... and I would like to write it one day... but I don't know when that day would be.
I had thought of it not set during the last book but during the third and not really have a romantic aspect as i feel it is implied here... more like a crush on Hermione's side. And I am not sure if I'd use the eleventh or the 10th Doctor... I kinda like the 10th more... but well... because of how Doctor who is as a show... this idea could work as a sequel to mine.
The plot is something along these lines : Set during the third year when Hermione is using her time machine to manage going to all her classes, a slightly small crash happens and she meets someone that knows a lot about time travelling. And they'd go on an adventure together... maybe have a scene where the Doctor "ridicules" the machine Hermione is using compared to the Tardis?
I don't know if or when I'd write it though.... I have quite a lot of things I want written.
That sounds brilliant! You should absolutely, definitely write that - and I would absolutely, definitely read and squeal all over it.
I can completely imagine the younger Hermione, maybe even in her first year, being all precocious and fascinated by the Doctor and his big blue box. Although a plot line involving her Time Turner in third year has obviously got really interesting potential...
I think I see her more with the 11th Dr, although I'm not sure why. Maybe it's just because he's aethestically younger, although he acts more childish too - as if he needs someone just like Miss Granger to take him in hand. I feel as though he maybe has the same fascination for the human/muggle world that she does for magic when she's younger.

Anyway, you should definitely, definitely write your fic. It sounds amazing!
I like the tenth too much! XD but the 11th is cool too! I was actually thinking of this story a lot because I entered it at the finish-a-thon and as it seems from the poll so far, it is the one that will be elected so I'm going to start it and attempt to write at least 10 000 words before a certain date
