Uh, a happy Holy Week?

At dahil pasaway ang Space Academy, we proudly bring you this:

At least angel siya. *belat*

We kicked off the Holy Week Wednesday by going to Malabon and having a five layout shoot, two of which were bikinis. Haha. At least we made an angel layout, not as a nod to the solemness (supposedly) of the current church season but just because we felt like it. I mean, I've had the angel wings for months now and this is the first time it's been used. Thankfully, apt for the week that is. Eh? *giggle*

So should we burn in hell for this?
We are in hell already, my friends. Let us strive for heaven.

This is the first time I've ever set foot in Malabon, methinks. It's really...provincial there, even though it borders cities. Hmm.

Of course, how does the Space Academy continue to celebrate? We went to Bulacan yesterday, to ocular one of Raffy's haunted houses. We'll prolly go back there and have at least a three layout shoot. Magdadala na lang ako ng bawang. Haha. Man, haunted houses are draining.

Of course we had to have Chinese afterwards. There's a small place on Gilmore that's surprisingly good. It's called Mien San and it looks like something straight out of Chinatown (small, cramped, not even a nod to interior design). Food is good though and I recommend that you guys try it. If you're coming from Manila, it's on the left side, beside Happy Feet. Of course, we had a beef dish. Haha. Friday lang naman di pwede ang meat, right?

Then we all head off to Dante's place to ... drink. I've been drinking most nights this week, but usually just one or two cocktails--mostly in Greenbelt, ano ba. Last night was great; two flavors of vodka, gin, wine. Of course, I was having a reading done while drinking. Super nice reading, let's see if it materializes. Paul, I officially heart you. You rock.

That's the second reading I've had in exactly a week. The first one was last Friday, at Tajma, by Pixie (who also rocks). That reading jolted me out of my mini-depression. Yes dear friends, I've been a happy tomato since Friday last. No need to worry. ;P

I love readings because I need to hear what I already know coming out of someone else's mouth. It's a way for me to process my subconscious in doses that are easier to swallow. Good thing that ever since I came back, I've been busy as a bee; I don't really have time to wallow in sadness. Hell, the minute I get home I fall asleep--that's how tired I get, usually. I only have time to read a couple of pages before I conk out. And since my tv is busted, I can't even watch anything. (My fault--whenever I'm depressed, something electronic in my room goes awry. It was the tv's turn this time. Pfft.) The tv is "fine", in a sense: it turns on. Yun nga lang, it won't turn off. I have to unplug it to turn it off--not good if you're sleepy already, so I don't plug it in na lang to save me the trouble of getting up. Not much tv time for me then as I can't sleep with it on, even if I mute it. Aren't flashing lights irritating if you're trying to fall asleep?

Jay has commented that I don't update much. I used to but these days, I don't feel much of a need to. I know I have a million US pics left to post and those will come soon, promise. I also have some fashion pictorials that are waiting to be posted. Maybe by Sunday, I will have enough time to do the photo editing and the layouts.
