So, my husband has been training for 7 weeks now to run a mini-marathon at the end of March. He's doing so well, he has now gotten me started jogging. I suck at it lol! However, I really do need to get more excercise, so it's all good! I've already gotten a bit better, going every other day. Today was my 3rd time out, and I do run-walk-run-walk

I ran 1/2 a mile without stopping yesterday, 3/4 without stopping today...tomorrow I'm taking a break because I don't want to kill myself before teaching lol! I do a 2 mile walk/run where I oush as far as I can, walk, then push again. The first leg is what O'm mainly monitering as well as total time. I have taken over 10 minutes off my time since I started a week ago today :) I know, I know, none of these are impressive numbers...unless you're a 3~ year old woman with 3 kids and a propensity for being a bit on the heavy side....who hates running and always has hehehehhehe!
