I was always afraid of the under-the-bed monster...until I stuffed the space under my bed packed full of stuff. No space for monstar...

That's much smarter then what I'd do. I'd hide in my closet with the light on. Apparently I was not afraid of a closet monster. However I was afraid of sleep which made school the next morning HILARIOUS. (And by "hilarious" I mean very very grouchy.)
