i am thinking about maybe tranfering to evergreen next year. can anyone who goes there let me know if it is cool or not? or if you know anything about education focused programs they offer.

I got into this internship where i teach first graders in harlem or washington heights to read, it is for a full year and sounds awesome. i am really excited about this, it's exactly the kind of thing i want to be doing. i think i start next week. hell yeah

it's finnaly sinking in that i actually live here and it's making me miss everyone a whole lot. Everything here is awesome though, i am having a really incredible time. i had my first day of classes yesterday and they all seem really cool. I dunno why i'm making this entry, probably just to say i miss you en mass.

So i am in new york in my dorm, which is huge because i have 3 roomates. i rode my bike in nyc for the first time today, i didnt get lost or anything. it was pretty fun. when i get back and i was bringing my bike in the security dude was like "no bikes in the residence halls" which sucks but i talked them into letting me have it which rules.
