I've really enjoyed your last few posts. I don't read your blog often, but Emily (who is still and avid LJer) clued me into today and we've read all of your most recent posts.
Your entries regarding your feelings about your relationship with your family inspired Emily and I to a have a long talk about ours. Your story about your grandmother being sick made me realize that I need to be a better grandson because my grandparents may very well not be around too much longer. I'm going to write a letter to them in the very near future, I think.
Anyway, there are a bunch of things that I want to reply to in the post that would be better suited to a phone call, so give me a ring when you get the chance.
Thanks a bunch for the post, I really enjoy reading your blog--I think you're an excellent writer. I hope the rest of your summer goes well. Say hi to the SB gang for me if you get the chance.
See you around,
Alex (and Emily)
