i must say that i'm so fortunate to live in this city because it's just so beautiful. (although, it must be said that it can be disgusting at times -- especially outside of pubs.) it's such a perfect time right now, right at the beginning of autumn. however, i think i'm going to die when winter weather really starts. seriously ( Read more... )

ack, i know! i went to his concert in glasgow (and then almost cried when i had to leave early to catch my train back) and i thought he was joking around when he first started talking. but no, it's real. and he's fucking HILARIOUS. i am in love with a gay man. *headdesk*

you know, it's quaint. but i'd love to go into the postcard business. i have no idea how the hell you do though. :P

but the gay people i've met (so far, which to be honest, isn't many because i don't go out that much) are pretty standoffish to people outside of their little clique. it's depressing. i miss my gay friend(s) from home. (and i'm so going partying with him in the summer.)

he's so amazing. and he's just lovely. (and really fucking pretty, dammit!) he interacts with the audience, talking to people when they yell out comments. :) i missed him doing his judy garland tribute in heels and stockings. but i did get to hear him perform "beautiful child" which is my FAVORITE of his songs, at least... for right now. :) but yeah, rufus was the first concert i've ever been to. i think he was the perfect person to lose my "concert virginity" to. :P ( ... )
