Being Jewish, and in India, I was a little miffed that Handwerker put on that particular exhibit :oP

And if any advice from a fellow carb-counter/reception lurker helps, I think you're expecting too much from yourself and freaking yourself out. Set little goals that you know you can achieve, and focus on that. You don't have to singlehandedly start a campaign to stop AIDS in Africa, not all of us are super!Park Scholars like that. Sometimes it's enough just to give blood or buy Girl Scout cookies (you don't have to eat them). Forget about the whole "I should" thing.
