A couple of things

Saturday of this weekend I went to San Antone to see Queensryche and Judas Preist in concert. It was a very good show and we had excellent tickets. I have never seen either band live and now that I have I am glad I went. Queensryche opened the show and what can I say, they are simply studio clear and precise live. Its a highly reccomend show

Ah yes

The south beach diet, which is a heart healthy, smart carb diet. Its very easy for me to stay on, though it does requre I do a good deal of cooking because of the amount of veggies and lean meats you end up eating.
