I don't really know GG Allin. I'll be honest this is a tough vote for me soley because of lack of knowledge on the subjects.

I'm not a huge Dead Kennedy's fan, but they're not so terrible to warrant a stranger being picked over them.

Voting Jello Biafra because I've actually heard some of his stuff and don't feel like researching GG Allin's at the moment. Also:
- Those tattoos are some of the worst I've ever seen.
- The bleeding look reminds me of Andrew W.K., who is great by himself...but if you really compare him to other music it's hard for him to win. Party Hard is great but it's hardly a masterpiece.

Sorry, I'm a bit uninformed on this one, so I have to vote for the one I know more about.
