Dead serious. Done it before, remember? Sixth grade. I'm a good hugger!
I know it's been pretty hard to see each other in person cause of the summer and us being unable to drive on our own, but school starting now means the end of that, pretty much for good. We'll be able to see each other almost every day, and by the time summer gets around you'll be able to drive over to my house if your mom yells at you.
You know I love you, and a lot; there's plenty of things I wouldn't have done if I didn't love you, and I really like that you trust me enough to talk about things like this, so don't hesitate to come to me for comfort.
People just have no idea, sometimes, how their actions and words affect others, and people change. Not to say that your mom has changed into hating your guts, but maybe she's just a lot more defensive now.
Either way, I'm sticking with you. So come hug me!
Think about it; when school starts, you'll have me AND American History at the same time to comfort you!
