They're not as accepting after all...

London Pride was probably the best day I had since I got here. And I've had A LOT of great days, so the fact that this was the best says a lot. I took pictures, I met people... so when I got home, it makes sense that the first thing I would want to do is share it all with my friends and publish the pictures and comment and be happy, right? dude, i have no words. this pisses me off beyond belief, so i can only imagine how much it's doing to you right now.

you know how much i love your family, but i have to say they've crossed a huge line now. she had no right to tell you that or to attempt to tell you how to live your life at all. if this was your mom or dad then okay, maybe you do owe them something and they have the right to try and pry. even though it still wouldn't be right... but your aunts? sorry, they have no say in this at all.

it doesn't help saying so, but you shouldn't be feeling sad. or you should, but sad that they're so narrow-minded that they can't accept the fact that they're niece is fine and happy and not harming anybody. isn't that what they all should want for you anyhow?
