Spike, on the other hand, was rarely cheery and never friendly. Unless he was trying to get something out of it. He scowls at the other man. "No, I've got a ticket, I just didn't feel like doing things the easy way."
He pushed past the boy and looked around. "The sodding choir room? I knew that was a bad door. How do I even find the gym from here?"
"I promised a friend I'd show." Which was... not exactly untrue. Except for the part where Buffy was his friend. He had a feeling that 'I promised my arch-nemesis I'd show' wouldn't go over very well, though.
"Why didn't they just ... take you themselves or buy you a ticket?" he asked, crossing his arms. He felt like he shouldn't have let this guy in. But, hey, he was British. Not that that told him anything.
