Some people can write more and share more when they get down and a little bit sad. I'm the opposite. I clam up and get tangled up in a boring routines and familiar actions. It's not like I don't want to speak, it's like I never feel like it. Maybe I become a little numb.

It's mixed for me. Sometimes I write the sad stuff and make it Private or...realize I need to hear from my LJ friends to make it a little more bearable. It's nicer looking back on positive entries though.

Don't worry about emails or catching up. :) Reality is tough enough sometimes without added obligations online.

What games would you recommend? I have been eyeing Spore and used to have the Sims 2 but...just am unaware of what's out there lately.

i used to be that way, but after forcing myself to write an entry (or even a private entry) when i get down/sad - i've found it to be very therapeutic and helpful.

i'm so happy you're feeling better now though! ♥
