So a lot has changed with me over the past couple months since I last updated this thing. I'm not really sure where to start so I'll just pick one and go from there.

I'm buying a home. I signed all of the loan paperwork today, and I close on June 1st. It's a nice 1850sq ft condo in East Windsor (Approximately here) Closing is on June 1st and I
