Hooray! A desire for new music prompted me to check your LJ, and here you've got some new mixes.

(The links for your November and December mixes didn't come through. Could you post those links again?)

Depeche Mode looms in the background here, don't they? I suppose they do over most mid-tempo electronic music. But still: Best. Nitzer Ebb. Ever. (And also their closest approach to DM.) And I'm struck by how much that Legend song sounds like DM.

There's an And One album from 2012? How did I miss that?! Exciting!

I've never heard of Pittersplatter, but that song is some good clean fun. Also unfamiliar with Dead Hand Projekt. I think that's my favorite of the new-to-me songs on here. I kinda miss that aggro style of vocals.

I'm in the semester wind-down phase-- only one week left. I hope to get two or three mixes together and posted soon after I upload grades.

Hooray indeed...I've come pretty close to throwing in the towel on these mixes more than once in recent times - although I enjoy the finished compilations, my "lazy perfectionism" makes the process a bit of a slog sometimes. 0_o ( ... )

I just re-upped the glut of mixes I posted in January. All for should be available at this link:

Let me know if there are other months you'd like.

Also, too: I've enjoyed Technophoby since you introduced me to Decoded Feedback via "Euthanasia." Are there other albums by them you'd recommend?

To be honest, Decoded Feedback were one of those bands that I knew of and liked back in the day but never got hugely into. Their most recent album, "disKonnekt" from 2012, was something I got a DJ promo of, and enjoyed enough to prompt me to dig up some of their older stuff. Apart from that and "Technophoby", I only have 2 other albums I think, on my HD at least - their debut album "Overdosing", and "Bio-Vital", which was also an early one, both very solid though.
Hmm, according to Discogs, there's about 5 or 6 other albums I totally missed at the time. Might be time for a back catalogue trawl...
