So... even with Luceti's power-restricting thing, Legato can still be kind of a godmode.
It would really help me out to have a little cheat-sheet here, of permissions for typical encounters with characters.
I'll ask permissions in the ooc comm for larger, more specific things... so this is more to serve as a go-to list when running into your ( Read more... )

Character name: Guy Cecil
Defenses?: None! He has a normal brain with no psychic defenses. He's not particularly weak-willed, but he can be controlled no problem.
What is the extent of what he is allowed to do?: Uhhh tbf whatever you want. :| I figured ever since that thread with him talking about Meryl Guy would get in trouble with this dude.
If puppeting is allowed, what is the extent of damage allowed?: Again, whatever o/ If you're worried you can always IM me or I can IM you if there's an issue. |D
Other notes?: Nada~

Character name: Sanji
Defenses?: Nothing supernatural besides being as stubborn as an ox.
What is the extent of what he is allowed to do?: I'd prefer no puppeteering him to death or killing someone. Injury is fine, and just messing with him is okay, too. He possesses good mental defenses but at the end of the day, he's a normal human in this regard. If Sanji sees Legato before he does anything to him, power of suggestion might not work because Vash warned him the guy was dangerous. Mental communication is fine, as is the mental shock.
If puppeting is allowed, what is the extent of damage allowed?: Like I stated before, injury is fine, but nothing permanent please.
Other notes?: I always feel weird adding this but if we do thread at some point and Legato takes control of Sanji, he might run into the rest of the Straw Hat crew - who really won't like him for messing with one of their own. So for any plots that might end up on the heavier side, please contact me so I can run it through with the muns.

Character name: Nami
Defenses?:None.
What is the extent of what he is allowed to do?: I'm up for most anything, but I'd prefer anything serious you ping me about first? o/
If puppeting is allowed, what is the extent of damage allowed?: See above |D
Other notes?: Mrr ... she is a very strong-willed character, so I can see in some rare circumstances she'd possibly break free - it depends on what's going on, I think. Other than that, I figure they may run into each other eventually - she's a good friend of Vash's. >.>a

Character name: Katie McCoy (flicker_flash
Defenses?:She has two souls and her mind is a chaotic, quicksilver thing and possibly hard to grasp as a result. Not to say he wouldn't succeed, just it might take a little effort. |D
What is the extent of what he is allowed to do?: Go nuts /o/
If puppeting is allowed, what is the extent of damage allowed?: Mmm, I'd like a double-check first, but probably some damage is okay.
Other notes?: I think Legato would probably make Katie feel horribly uncomfortable to be around, given his world view ( ... )

Character name: blackenedchaos
Defenses?: No supernatural defense, but he's very used to dealing with a telepathic connection with someone he dislikes, so I imagine he has some shields he has built up just to deal with that. That and strong willpower.
What is the extent of what he is allowed to do?: If Legato by chance wants to use his puppeting ability, Yuber will definitely fight back if there is any breaking of his orders from his summoner. (basically, trying to cause rampant destruction, attacking non-combatants, etc.). If Legato wants to make him attack people, he'd be all for it to be honest but he will fight back if injury to him would be caused. He's damn good on his own
If puppeting is allowed, what is the extent of damage allowed?: No taking over his consciousness basically. Not even sure if that would be possible with him being demonic and all. Nothing that is going to require an excessive amount of time to heal also.
Other notes?: Very strong willed and doing this would be counted as an attack against Yuber, so it is not exactly a ( ... )

Character name: Allen Walker
Defenses?: Two-fold, none of them applicable until really heavy damage sets in. If Legato really gets going, Allen's left arm will kick in and become body armor that will manipulate his limbs physically from the outside. He can still force Allen to move, but Innocence is way more durable than human bones and Allen's limbs will break in trying to follow Legato's orders-and the Innocence will not care and go after Legato regardless. It has no real "mind" of its own that a telepath can access. Allen's only likely to think of going for this mode if he's about to be killed or irrevocably injured.

Actual possession is likely to be difficult. If Allen goes under and Legato tries to take over, an older shadow with a lot of experience will assert control and boot him out. The Fourteenth doesn't share well. :|b
What is the extent of what he is allowed to do?: I am cool with puppeting, suggestion and mental communication! Although Allen will fight the first all the way while he's conscious.
If puppeting is allowed, ( ... )
