So it's been a while. In the past week everything has broken apart and come together in a very nice way. I got a job, at a bar called Rock Candy. I also got an apartment, one block from the Lorimer L station. I have a callback for that salon I had an interview to manage this coming Tuesday, too, so the good news keeps on coming in

Do you love it?

I could do inbound but no dice on the outbound. I think if I got this job managing my required pay rate was $15 to $18 an hour. I wouldn't do it for less than $12, though. And with benefits, I would almost do anything. Do you have those?

I checked your site. There's a bunch of stuff I want, by the way. A bunch. Since I am more old lady than you this makes sense, though. :)

It's allll inbound. Pretty much a win-all because most of the women who call know what they want, as they're skincare whores like us. I got started at $12/hr and then if you make your sales goal you get like 1% commission.. which is actually a lot

Badass. I am actually going to be applying on-line (since I have seen that is the only way to do so) this afternoon.

Thanks for the head's up on this one. I totally need a happy environment to work in, and this one sounds totally like that kind of place. Six months isn't so bad considering last time I did it, I had to wait nine before I got it. And my health insurance now expires in December anyways so it would be perfect.
