why did lj kill <3s in comments? and why doesn't facebook let you use it?

Are you referring to a feature that LiveJournal had before I became a user? Because I guess I'm not quite sure what you're talking about. Do you mean like that stupid Xanga thing where you can give eprops in your comments? I think that's dumb anyway, so good riddance!

nope.. i'm just refering to the fact that you can't do a <3 at the beginning of a lj comment.. the word up there has hearts around both.. let me see..

apparently LJ has a problem with just singular <3s.. with nothing added as comments. weeeird stuff.
