I don't think there is that much need for concern. The baby wouldn't know what it means, and if it's that subtle, probably wouldn't even hear those as words.
The baby would not know anything now, but later, the when the child learned how to speak and understand words, the sound of the words would be a comprehendable memory. I still recall the appearance of the mobile that hung over my crib, though I didn't know what it was when I was a baby.
I think someone needs an ass-kicking for this one.

On a side note: My daughter has the original Teletubbie toy (Po, I think) that got recalled for saying "faggot".
