I have a Dark! Arthur (aka the Prince of Darkness) in my story. It's kind of fun there's another story that has a Dark! Merlin to represent both character's dark sides for Paperlegends this year. :p I got an image of Bradley James and made his eyes completely black because that's how the Dark! Arthur looks. The image continues to unnerve me -- probably because I chose an image where he's sort of smiling. oO

Your dark!Merlin certainly gives off that vibe that makes me nervous. I remember reading snippets from this story and wondering how it'll all end. I'm looking forward to finding out when I dive into this story. :)

God, I am soooo behind with reading the Paperlegends stuff, I'm still reading destina's story! But now I've checked your post again and saw the pic! Wow! That is really cool that we have both Dark!Merlin and Dark!Arthur this year! :D
I'm looking forward to reading your story, but I want to do it properly and read "The Wolf and the Phoenix" first. I'm usually not a huge fan of crossovers, but I love Pullman's DM, so I can't wait to read your take on it!

Wow, wow, wow. Every one of these pieces is simply stunning, but I love the Arthur/Merlin piece most of all. Their hands, wow. The way they are curled, touching. It looks for all the world like we are voyeurs on a hugely intimate moment, suspended in time. Gorgeous, erotic, vibrating with tension, utterly lovely.
