My house is quiet ...

kids are asleep, Chris is asleep - he surprised me with roses when he got home from work :) I'm working, my house is quiet. Very, very quiet.

Why is my house quiet?

Because I have my terrifyingly fast, and eerily quiet new computer. I named it Jim - because hey, "It's life Jim, just not as we know it!"

My computer is Amelia (after my maternal grandmother). I just liked the name.

I haven't received flowers in a long time. It's my own fault though. I've told everyone I know that I don't want flowers cut from their nourishment.

My computer is pretty silent but my keyboard isn't. It would be weird to not hear the tap, tap, tap when I type.
