[locked from Gourry and hostiles... except, oddly, Xellos and Gaav]

Hypothetical question.

How long do you think - on average - I would have to wait not bringing something up to Gourry for him to forget it?

Mind you, it would be a specific something.

...

Hypothetically. Of course.

...for a friend.

.......no. Really.

Well, having only seen your partner in passing, I guess you could probably distract him with something shiny?

If this is what I think it's about, it may not quite be so easy as that, though...

Shiny, no.

Maybe a steak...

...

...

...

What you think it's about.

You'll note I was polite enough to not bring it up directly.

Steak might be good, though... it might give him the wrong idea too.

There's nothing to bring up.

As I said.

Hypothetical.

PURELY HYPOTHETICAL.

...

Crap, though, you're right.

Name sounds familiar, buuuut...

You think he would have forgotten about it by now? I mean, the way you're asking, it sounds like he has a VERY short attention span...

Well.

On certain things.

Yes.

Here?

Well, that's a different matter entirely.

When I want my idiot Tamer to forget something I distract him with something he likes for a day or so, after 48 hours of a video game or movie marathon he can hardly remember how old he is.

Maybe I should just throw him at Vergil again a good fight. >_>;

Honestly, I think Gourry's ability to remember something is inversely related to how much you want him to remember or how important it is. Unless it's about fighting or food.

Good luck.

Thanks, Zel.

I really feel the love there.

You wanted my honest opinion. I could just tell him to distract him with a large meal and he'd be fine, but that's not what I think.

I said NOTHING about honesty. LIE TO ME. GO AHEAD. I WON'T CARE FOR ONCE.

This sounds more like you're asking about yourself. Ohohoho! I've seen through your little game.

What is it you want him to forget anyway?
