Holy..this was actually quite hot.
Charly always was a character who..well..just existed. One didn't know a lot about him in the actual Harry Potter series, he was just the Weasley in Romania with the Dragons.
You, however, managed to make him an awesome, round character! Gratz on that!
I also loved Hermione.
And I think the break-up between her and Ron was very possible. As much as I like the original books, I can't quite help the feeling that Hermione and Ron are too different to work out in the long run. I think you captured their problems in Hermione's conversations with Charlie quite well.

I tried to give Charlie the most likely personality. Bill's the cool one and Percy's the nerd, and all we know about Charlie points to him being smart (head boy), reserved and quiet for the rare times that we actually see him, physical and short (taming dragons and the descriptions of him), and kind, as all of the weasleys look up to him and bill.
