HELP

So in preparation for the summer (and because I have been so anxious lately) I am thinking of going on a health binge type thing. Nothing too crazy (because frankly I am too much of a slacker for anything intense) but just something to kick my (flabby) rear in gear.

Anyone got any tips? Anyone ever done anything like this before?

- New yoga pose / pilates pose a day?
- Start doing 5 sit-ups/push-ups/stretches a day. Gradually add one more of each one each day?
- Perhaps this goes against the 'slacker' principle, but I found it was amazing and *definitely* delivered results: Booty Camp Fitness. (I think they have it in the States--you may need to check their site): http://www.bootycampfitness.com/ Completely turned me around. Only reason I stopped going was b/c I got moved to late shifts at work and couldn't make it to the classes anymore.
- If you can get a hold of it, Carmen Electra's (sp?) "Fit to Strip" fitness video is actually pretty good. After I had my first kid, it really whipped me into shape. : )

what exactly is a health binge? trying to be healthier like doing sports and eating healthy stuff? If I knew I might be able to help XD
