At the time I was looking for Rose Pink but I have since found it! ;-)
I've build up a supply now so I'm not sure which colours I'll need next.
Thanks!
M.

Oh sorry, I suppose some context would be good! LOL I've used Rit Dye to colour most of the dyed ropes that I have! I've not used Tintex enough to comment on it however I think that at least one of my ropes was done with it.

Yeah, I'd love to get my paws on some of the liquid stuff, just to see what it's like to work with.
Currently, I've got a bit of a stock of Tintex & will likely be making my neighbourhood laundromat owner hate me (since we don't have a washer/dryer of our own) some time soon. :)

I do my dying in a dedicated pot on the stove top so that I don't have to worry about trying to clean the washing machine! ;-) Also, when I messed up one time and added the salt before the water and it ate through the bottom of the pot, I had only messed up my dedicated pot and not the washing machine or a good cooking pot! ;-)

If there's something from the US you want, I'm sure Melissa would happily send it up. :-)

Oh yes, I have several folks whom I'm sure would be able to help however that's time and messing about which I'd like to avoid if I can help it. ;-)

Agreed -- easier to get it where you can. But hey, sometimes some things are worth the effort.

Also, I'm heading to Detroit in May... and I loves me my Targets. Since I'm going anyway... and besides I'd love the border people to say "Anything to declare?". "Yep. Boxes of dye". Hee.

Need help with my yellow stain from overbleching anonymous October 29 2009, 17:32:43 UTC
what do I do? the white shirt says 98% cotton and 2% spandex and the washing instructions says "do not bleach" didn't bother reading and ended up with yellow stains. How do I remove it? Thanks!

Unfortunately, I have no idea... That's not something that I've ever had to figure out.
Good luck with it!
