Things are going okay.  At work there is some tension as there is a battle for more space in a very crowded office.  But really there isn't anything that they can do about it so we all just have to be cramped for a while.  I have also recently gotten addicted to Raearth, a really old anime that was on sale at Hastings for 17$  Like I could pass it ( Read more... )

So this past month I got a job at Sam Houston State University in the University Advancement Office.  My title is Donation Records Specialist.  I like my job okay, but what I really like is my salary and benefits!  I moved back to Huntsville and am living with Therese.  I enjoy living with Therese, she is so awesome!  I am also closer to Tim, which ( Read more... )

I am sitting here at work printing out letters for a mail out.  They are being printed on cardstock (because my boss is crazy) so the printer is going very slow.  So I am trying to encourage the printer to go faster, but it is being difficult, very difficult.  But what do you do?

I am stressed.  I am stressed about a lot of things and there are so many big things that are stressing me out that the little ones just add to it.  But in an effort to be positive I will list the good things in my life.

Last weekend I worked like a crazy insane woman and cranked out my 25 page paper that was due on Tuesday.  It actually turned out to be 29 pages after the formatting but I was impressed.  I didn't know that I had it in me.  But then I am a master of BS, my English background was extremely useful.  Well, now that the stressful paper is over, I can ( Read more... )

So I have self inflicted stress.  I gaged this morning I was so stressed out but since I haven't really been eating because I am so stressed out I didn't throw up.  So I have this huge theology test that I have been trying to study for like a crazy person and I have 97 Matthew study questions due and a 25 page research paper due at the same time ( ( Read more... )

I am learning how to say "no" and that is hard but I just have to realize what I can and cannot do and boundaries are a good thing, but difficult.  But I am not super man and I can't fix all the problems, so that kind of sucks.
