I went to Dragon*Con over Labor day and got to meet a whole bunch of the Rafia! It was fantastic. I saw John Barrowman and Adam Baldwin and Jewel Staite and Sean Maher aaaand a bunch of others. And stuff

The tattoo I'm getting will be "You are enough" probably on my bicep

1.I friended you because you're Rafia and now I'm glad I did! Because you're awesome and I want to get to know you better.

Am I Rafia? I sure hope so, you guys are all wonderful. Basically, I just lurked around a few people's LJs, commenting on Rayne fics, and one day goddessofbirth mention Twitter, and then I started talking to people...I'm not on Twitter much lately, though. :(

Okay, how did I get into River/Jayne // John/Ellie? I watched Chuck before Firefly and thought "This John Casey guy is interesting - let's look if there are some nice fanfictions with him." That way I found the amazing stories of you guys, read through your works, and found that the John/Ellie combination made sense. It felt "right". Which probably might be because your writing sold it so well.
