Well, after starting off my dad bad it ended great. To start off my day, I sucked at maxing out (getting as much weight lifted as you can) in Athletics. My bench went down 20 pounts (from 165lbs to 145lbs), though I plan on trying to get my old max again tomorrow; my powercling I didn't get (I was trying for 165lbs on that, too), either. I wasn't
