This snow couldn't have come at a better time, right in the middle of my 3 term papers! Thanks to living out in the boonies and having a crappy car that is currently stuck in a ditch, I had two extra days to catch up on my homework... just in time to get onto my last blog posts and start this feature essay! I really liked the first reading too and it was definately a 'I know what you mean' essay! There have been so many times that I have thought to myself, why am I so darn gullible?
I liked how you mentioned how the second reading sounded so academic. It used such big words, I found it quite funny. It was an interesting twist put on the story.
Otherwise, I can't believe we are nearly done! And good luck in the snow.. I think it is starting to rain now!

I found the Travel Writing 101 site really informative as well. I was thinking the same thing when I read it " Why didn't I come across this site earlier"... my photo album might be a little more exciting to those who didn't go on the trip with me. I looking at pictures from my own trips; however, I find nothing more boring then looking at other people's trip albums... It's probably a jealousy thing!!! I couldn't agree with you more on how convenient mother nature's snow storm was. I really needed that snow day to get the little things done that usually get pushed to the side.. like my blogging!!!
