It's amazing how quickly something can go from "Yeah, this is great! I shouldn't have any problems at all!" to "Holy shit I'm gonna end up livin' on the trains askin' people for change". It really does make me want to break down and cry sometimes

*zen high five* I hear ya man, i hear ya. I hate to say i told you so, but i told you so. Monster and Career builder aren't worth crap. Definatly try the suday paper, and hitting the pavement usually turns something up. unfortunatly with walking store to store asking for apps, u usually wanna get out there early, within an hour after opening. That way, if they are in fact hiring, a manager may want to speak to you right away (this has happened to me more than a few times) and the earlier you are in the day, the more impressed they are (it proves you're not a bum who can't get out of bed in the morning, what they don't know, won't hurt them, right?) But my heart goes out to you, good luck!

I totally agree with ya now. Although, I'm not totally giving up on monster, I will be looking in the sunday, and even weekday papers, more often. I appreciate the advice, Stef ^_^ thank you.
