Summary: when it’s raining, Raph thinks back of another rainy day, seven years ago.

Raph looked up through the grid he was sitting under. It was raining topside. The red-wearing turtle hated the rain. The twelve-year old put his head on his knees. It had been raining seven years ago, too. Back then, the sewers flooded so bad, the water had entered their house. He and his siblings had been taken by the current into the sewers. That day they had lost a brother. Poor Donnie had been swept away with the current.
Even now, seven years later, Raph still hoped that somehow, by some sort of a miracle, Donatello would be alive, that he would return to them. He was sure Mike had similar hopes. The orange-wearing turtle said so at least once a week. Raph wasn't sure about Leo, though. It seemed as if Leo had forgotten their disappeared brother.
The sound of someone walking towards him made Raph look up. After a few minutes saw who was walking towards him. "Hey, Mike"
Mike came near to where Raph sat and looked up. "It's raining…"
Raph didn't answer. He looked up and sighed. He didn't feel like talking at all. Not that that stopped Mike from doing so.
Mike sat down, and looked at Raph for a moment. "It's been seven years today, Raph." Mike knew he didn't have to say what 'it' was. None of them had forgotten that day.
Raph looked down. "Seven years…" and he balled his fists. They never had found their missing brother. Raph, himself, had started sneaking out recently, and started searching in the sewers. He knew there wasn't much of a chance that he would find anything, but still...maybe, just maybe, they would find their missing brother, and be four once again.
