More sims 2 - House building
More sims 2 from me. this time a house i build, after reading some very interesting Building tutorials online.
Top/front view. the part that was the most work, and had to be redone twice is the sloped roof. i used a building cheat for that, contrainfloorelevation. the idea is not mine, i got it while reading a tutorial. i like the look, thoug, so i will be expirimenting a lit more with this
custom content( downloaded) : Glas/see-trough floor tiles for part of the roof, and some maxis match stuff i used as windows and doors. i
A more frontal look. i am going to look for some more desert type plants for the garden, so i can add some variety there.
second floor. as you see its only half a floor, and i decided to move kitchen/living room area up there, in stead of on the bottom floor. also, two Small bathrooms, since for some reason my sims never seem to have enough of those...
Custom content: bathroom walls and floor, couch, no autonomy fridge.
And ground floor. 4 bedrooms, two big ones, two small ones, 1 bathroom.
Thing i need to fix: roof in its current state is not weather proof.. good thing i plan on using this one in strange town, where winters are not part of the seasons.. maybe i nest remove the bedrooms, and chance it into a community/shop lot.
just in case, i did package the house in its current state to backup it. i am not sure if i can share it, because of the custom content and the house not being season-ready, etc.
Edit found a way to weather-proof this house, yays!
