I do know where you are coming from with all that. That is why I started talking openly and very frankly about my own mental health issues a couple of decades ago, because it is something that does NOT need to be hidden.

And it’s also annoying that on top of the actual mental health issues, my gender causes erratic issues.

At least since I synched with my friend, I can work out when an episode is likely.
