This is just a little fic peeve. It's really more of a logistical thing. You know, you're reading a fic and it's all going well and you get to them becoming naked and then, and then you get the jeans/BDUs/trousers/pants coming off before the shoes/sneakers/boots

I blame porn where it's freakishly common to go from wearing clothes to noting but socks and boots in one easy step. Bastards.

I hate that sort of thing too. Personally I can get my jeans off before my boots, because I wear wide-leg jeans. But I've never tried to do it in that order while also being distracted by MAKING OUT.
