Blargh. I'm trying to figure out Vacation for the rest of the year and it's stressing me out. As a cost saving measure, Rockwell is making us take a 4% pay cut for the last two quarters of 2009 in exchange for 6 extra vacation days. I wanted to watch tonight's episode so badly but I couldn't because of work. :( I don't think I've watched American idol since the first season, like you. And I didn't even really watch it then.

That's going to be me tomorrow night for the results show. Why does work have to be so inconvenient?

And you should totally be writing fic! There is not enough good fic in AI fandom. I think I found it all in a span of two days.

I'm waiting very impatiently for someone somewhere to get it up online so I can watch the freaking performances. I'll be able to watch the results show, at least.

I read everything that was in your delicious link and then I got bored and clicked on a random fic from that community and nearly had to spork my eyes out. It was... it was bad. And Adam was sobbing, like, ALL THE TIME and I had to read until the end just... because I apparently hate myself? But... yeah. Bad fic a-plenty.

It looks like I'm going to be in Seattle Aug 11th - 24th. The front end will probably be spent with my family, but what are you up to around then?

i'm not sure. i'll be out of school but will still be working, so i'm mostly relegated to weekends and evenings. we definitely need to hang out a few times in there, though: hit up neighbours, maybe go roller skating :)
