Thank you!! You know, I never noticed until you mentioned that, but I do definitely have a tendency to icon moody things - no one is ever smiling, things are always pretty intense. I guess I have a passion for drama :) That probably says a lot about me.

I definitely don't think it's a bad thing to have a distinctive thing, so I appreciate that! I think setting a mood is one of the most important things about making icons - it's no fun if you're not telling some kind of story :D

Wasn't it incredible on IMAX? I think I ended up seeing it like four times in theaters (not necessarily intentionally - just with various different friend groups who hadn't seen it yet), but only once on IMAX and it's soooo enjoyable that way. Those city scenes are just breathtaking.

Ah! I hope you're loving LA! I know half of it is dirty and disgusting, but I have a big affection for the history of that city. My brother used to live there so I've been there a bunch and I genuinely love it. But I'm obsessed with old Hollywood and the history of cinema and the culture embedded there, so I was sure to love it no matter what.

Also, I love your icon - I was actually searching all over for that exact shot of Renly to make an icon out of for this post. I couldn't find the right angle I wanted in any gallery and I have like no space whatsoever to download large caps files and I idk, I was having the hardest time with it so I finally settled with the one I found for 8 - so when I saw your icon I had to lol a little!! ;D
