The Ring Legacy Gen 1 Pt 7
Welcome back to the Ring Legacy!
The One starts upgrading the various equipment around the house and yard to unbreakable. Gotta set up the legacy with a bunch of stuff they can use forever and think of the founder when they do.
The two special Chinese and Egyptian gnomes that Narya got from France get pride of place in an unused corner of the legacy house. Next to a puddle. And because there is always someone at the house since The One doesn't work but only writes novels, they never move. Maybe in another generation or I can take the family out for a field trip just so the gnomes can start moving around the house, doing their creepy thing.
The teens still get some use out of the slide. It's still a good place to survey the lay of the land I suppose. It would be a good spot to subtly perve on the neighbours but there is only an empty lot across the road and nobody living in the houses around them.
New Repair Man with Fancy Hairstyle: They've gone through so many repair technicians, but they will be begging for me to come back!
Narya tried to catch up with some of her friends whom she missed while away, but nobody wanted to come to the park
The One starts to show his childish side. Not that he's supposed to have one!
While I ever-so-subtly start setting up Moebius with Kiera Circus.
Narya finally managed to get Gordon to come over for a spot of flirting.
The money tree is fully grown! Bring on the money bags!
The house got a side extension towards the rear to house Narya's nectar making contraption. The fenced in area behind Molly and The One is the vinyard, ie. where the fancy French grapes grow.
The relationship and fondness between Moebius and Kiera continues to grow.
Bingo! 2 traits in common (genius and loves the outdoors) so it must be fated for these two to get together!
So Moebius grills up a romantic meal of burnt hot dogs. But even burnt hot dogs are suggestive when eaten in the correct manner, so no worries there, right?

The hot dogs were a hit and afterwards the two geniuses got down to a rousing game of chess.
Narya went to visit my self-sim's household and 7pm found her doing homework with Dermid.
In fact, the whole evening was kind of nerdy, with everyone reading or doing homework.
She got yanked out of Nerd Heaven by this announcement :O
And the whole time I was praying that she would not be kidnapped into the ether, like had happened in other people's games.
Narya decided to punish herself for staying out late by running on the fancy new treadmill.
And in the morning did a spot of fruit stomping.
And fruit squishing.
The lack of concern about hygiene is mind-blowing.
The money tree finally grew some baggies!
And there appear to be phantom kids in the hood, with empty bikes wizzing past the house.
(before anyone becomes concerned about game corruption, that was the newspaper delivery kid's bike and she promptly appeared on it, so there is no hood corruption going on, just a really lame "plot point")
The One continued the tinkering and upgrading around the house, this time trying to increase the quality of the family-produced booze.
*Loves the kenspa*
Moebius went back to the beach in the hopes of finding Kiera again, but alas only found an almost-elderly Julie.
And then Bart started hovering over his pregnant wife, trying to make sure the young wipper-snapper didn't lead her astray.
Punnet Kid Whose Name I Forgot Again: You're horrid and you ruin the lovely vista normally associated with this park!
Molly:
*cries*
Not to worry folks! Although Kiera has aged to adult she has not had a child with somebody else! That is her little brother!
A pregnant Veronica played tag with Molly. Poor Molly! You need to start using that fancy new treadmill, that your daughter and husband are so taken with!

Since we want the entire gnome collection, Molly went exploring in the Mausoleum Catacombs.
And got attacked by fire-breathing bears. And didn't find a regular magic gnome.
In other news, Narya's first batch of nectar wasn't all that nice...
You can tell that this is the end of the first generation because of all the birthdays...

Now that they are "of age", Moebius swoops in for the kill. Or something slightly less devastating but equally dramatic.

I absolutely agree with Carrie. This is a SHOCKING turn of events! LOL
That's your first-born daughter macking on the love of her life. Try to show some enthusiasm!
Obviously Kiera's engagement was not as romantic as Carrie's. Carrie does not approve!
But Kiera does not care. This young lady knows what she wants.
Sealed with a ring (boom tish!) and then they moved out into a little house of their own <3
