I have been pondering the stuff I need to finish and while my thoughts were wandering all over the place I was struck with the sudden thought about Going FOr Broke:

Brandi Newbie has aged up to young adult and is moving out with Skip into their own trailer. Since Pets is out, should Mr and Mrs Broke have a pet?

The Brokes always seemed like dog people to me. It'd be a big dog, too, and a very "sensible" breed like a retriever or something.

I agree on them being dog people, but I'd go for a non-breed from the SPCA or a neighbour.

For sure. I agree it should be a big shaggy dog. Sort of collie-ish, perhaps?

I have this head cannon idea that they might have had a dog, but it got lost and ran away and it's one of the first times that Skip had to deal with things leaving him. Dunno if that correlates to your story!Brokes, but that's maybe a big shaggy dog would be a good idea? :)

I feel like Skip would definitely be a dog person.
Also, I think you will get to a certain point where you will surpass TS2 in which case I would think you would no longer need to stick to that same house plan.

I will try to keep them in the original layout trailer for as long as possible. Given that there isn't much game time left until I actually finish this and just go to regular gameplay, I will try to be faithful to the TS2 version for as long as possible, especially as the house layout vote seems to be really split.

I feel sort of bad because I don't recall her whorish bedroom, which means I'm going to hunt it down in TS2, but I say feel free to express it how you want to. I just find it entertaining to see others take on EAxis characters.

I thought EVERYONE knew about Brandi's whorish red bedroom!

Basically, brandi, Dustin and Beau (+ bump) live in a tiny 2 bedroom trailer. The kitchen/living and Dustin's bedroom are really poorly furnished. Beau's crib is in the hallway. And Brandi has this really expensive whorehouse red bedroom. The bedroom really stands out compared to the church-mouse-poor character of the rest of the trailer and most people immediately sell Brandi's expensive furniture in order to upgrade everything else in the trailer and bring her bedroom more in line with the rest of the furniture.
