I've been trying to decide if I need to re-think my plan for playing all of the SIm based games in order of release that I have because I am sure by the time I get to The Sims 3 and Showtime Sim Port, it probably won't exist any more and there was something about unlockable stuff in the game, some of it involving Sim Port stuff that I want to be able to have.

I think I already have you friended on there, but the site seems to be unhappy with anyone trying to log in so I will have to check again later. I may play just long enough to get the stuff unlocked, but just with Showtime added so my brain has less to keep up with.

Thanks for the warning about the chat posting to the wall of the official site, that is incredibly stupid on their part and something I will not be using unless it is something I want everyone to be able to see.

Checked again, we are already friended, yah! The activity feed on the My Page now is completely useless because almost all of my feed is one person who mass uploaded a bunch of patterns. And blog posts don't show in the activity feed it seems. So when I complained about the activity feed on thesims3 site, no one saw it because I don't think anyone reads the blogs there.

Yeah, I have someone who posts a whole lot of patterns, too. We have that particular friend in common so I'm probably talking about the same person as you.

I had to cancel my pre-order for Showtime because it releases the same day as ME3 and well...I didn't see the point! I'll probably get it soon~ish but I haven't patched yet either. For some it seems it made the graphics better. Have you noticed any differences?

I noticed that it appears to have broken map view. I'm not sure about improved graphics. Mine are pretty reasonable. I'll have to check in a particular house that I know had some graphical issues.
