i'm pretty sure they still use the phone stands [is there even a word for those? phone caves?] as targets, though they do seriously have to compete with the crackheads.
the only other 25-hour sign i've seen is on a check-cashing place out in bushwick, but that one had been sharpied into breaking the time-space continuum...this one is all clean & neat--guess even the crackheads are getting into the whole gentrification thing
