ive never seen a severe weatherstorm warning that said to "Stay away from trees, stay away from high places such as hills, and move indoors. Stay away from windows and avoid electric appliances" before. scary. and of course we are supposed to leave for erie in about 20 minutes.

hm whats new. spent monday getting mikes car up and running. well, i personally just cleaned it all out and razored the grateful dead and phish stickers off the windows. works alright but the brakes are a bit funny and somethings scraping somewhere. more work to be done before its trip-to-pittsburgh worthy, but hopefully it wont be too long now. we spent today at mikes parents house. he was fixing up the most recent in a string of topazs, and i was just keeping myself amused. i did a pretty good job, and i think he did too. i took a shower and luxuriated in being able to go to a different room and change my clothes, instead of having to dress in a damp bathroom. i read on the porch for ( Read more... )

went down to pig with eric and Vmouse and mike for the prometheus burning show yesterday. Xanopticon was cool, better than i remembered, and ProBu was slamming, but i didnt really enjoy the other sets too much. it is possible that i was too eager to see ProBu to really give the others a good listen though.
