I went to BU COM for undergrad, so I stayed here after I graduated in May. Just working and enjoying life! I live in Brighton now (off the B-line...almost in Allston). It is a really great place to live when you are going to school, but after 5 years of living in the BU area, I am ready for something different.
shoot me an email if you have any questions about BU/Allston/Moving to Boston! Info is on facebook...i think we are friends there, right?
Woo, Cambridge! Sally and I moved to Central Square in April, and I LOVE it here. Harvard/Porter-ish should be a pretty good location, too.
I know I've said this before and then not followed up, but we really should catch up sometime. Whereabouts do you work? Maybe we could meet up for an after-dinner drink or something?
yay!! maybe if we live closer together we will ACTUALLY get together!! My office is right on Arlington Street by the public garden down-town. are you close to there? we definitely need to catch up!
Yup, I'm pretty close to there; just down in the Government Center area (100 Cambridge Street, to be precise). I don't know of too many places in the downtown area that are good for drinks; just down from my office is the Kinsale which seems to get a pretty decent after work drinks crowd, but that's about all I'm familiar with. I'd definitely be open to suggestions, if you know of someplace else. If you wanted to meet up in Cambridge sometime, there's an awesome Irish pub near my apartment - I'm always looking for an excuse to go there =) So yeah, lemme know what sounds good - I'll be busy on Wednesdays for the next few weeks, but aside from that, my schedule's pretty open.
