I can't claim charge of either; neither were my idea in the first place. I think that both were Nora's ideas.

Umm, if you need me, I'll be the regular bum in the corner of the cafe or the bookstore, occasionally emerging to bowl a game.

If anything, I could use my *hopefully* new-found skills after this January to make your overall business more sustainable and environmentally friendly.

Hmm, I like the laundromat idea. The nightclub might make things a bit noisy for people in the other areas(unless you close the bookstore at night).
