I had to look up what you meant..

SYMPTOMS
You see three lights on the Ring of Light (RoL) flash red on the front of the Xbox 360 console. The upper-right quadrant light is the only light that does not flash red.

CAUSE
This behavior occurs when the Xbox 360 console experiences a hardware failure.

Suprisingly I didn't get mad. I realized I can concentrate on beating some of my virtual console games. Time to play catch-up

Mine's got the same problem. A box is en route from MS so I can send it to them and get a new one.
