The new apartment has a few nifty options for getting back into exercising after my post-thesis-coma/moving-prep hiatus. The apartment comes from a scientist who's left AEI to join his wife in their apartment in Spain, so he has no use for the apartment furniture and is passing it all along to me

That's awesoe good fortune on the apartment furniture. I've been trying to convince the Duchess that we haveroom fora Concept II rower.

The stair alone will pay off bigtime, imo.

I think I've climbed them about six times today helping Sascha (previous owner) move out. Fortunately, for the latter trips of the day it's easier if one is a little bit tipsy from the usual drinks with lunch/dinner/after-dinner.
