Yes. I totally agree.

I tried to send you an e-mail, but I don't think it ever sent. Why must all my e-mail accounts eventually turn against me? Anyway, I wanted to let you know that a) no worries about replying, I'm just glad you got the e-mails, and I'm sorry to be leaving, and I shall miss you guys. And also, b)there's an Anime mini-fest at the Iowa City library at 3 on Saturday, and Katie and I are going, and we think you should go too. And then perhaps afterward we could skip on over to the bookshop and play with the typewriters and look at all the dusty old books. :)

Sweeet! Who would be driving? Maybe I could get dropped off there by my parent peoples if they are keen on the whole idea. Blimey! I'll be so happy when transportation and permission is not decided by some people. *sigh*

I know, don't you hate that? I'm just now finally almost getting to the point where they'll trust me to drive places, even if it's far away or at night or anything, but there's still plenty of other things they're not about to let me do. And usually for really stupid reasons. Sigh.

I could drive you, or my mom and I could probably drive you if that would be better. (Uh, Mom would be driving, obviously.) Anyway, let me know, eh?
